Do you charge for the initial consultation?
No. The first conversation — whether by phone, video, or in person — is always free and carries no obligation. We earn our fee only at successful transaction completion.
How quickly can you begin a property search?
Once we've agreed on a written mandate, the active search begins within 48 hours. For off-market searches, results depend on what surfaces in our network, but most clients receive their first qualified match within two to four weeks.
Do you work with international buyers?
Yes. We have handled purchases for Brazilian nationals living abroad and for foreign nationals buying in Brazil. We can coordinate with your legal representative and advise on the documentation Brazilian notaries require for non-resident transactions.
What areas of Belo Horizonte do you cover?
We focus on the established residential and commercial districts of greater BH: Savassi, Lourdes, Funcionários, Santa Lúcia, Buritis, selected Pampulha-area properties, and the Av. do Contorno commercial corridor. We do not operate in other Brazilian cities.
Can you handle both buying and renting?
Yes. Some clients come to us needing a rental while they assess the market before committing to a purchase. We're comfortable managing both tracks simultaneously and will be transparent about which option makes more financial sense given your timeline.
